Can You Be Overqualified?

I am currently looking for a new job. A few days ago I found what looked like a very nice opportunity at a company here in Amsterdam (actually, knowing what they do made me think that they could use me in some capacity). They are looking for an experienced Java developer who also has experience with algorithms (I am guessing from their product that, amongst other things, they’ll be walking Dijkstra graphs and rendering graphics). As I read the advertisement I was thinking so far, so good.

It includes some great tips, recommends some free tools, and includes some real examples. It’s a good read. I wish more performance testing articles were written this way - real examples.
