[textile]h2. The tool
From the "OpenGrok":http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/opengrok/ home-page:
OpenGrok is a fast and usable source code search and cross reference engine. It helps you search, cross-reference and navigate your source tree. It can understand various program file formats and version control histories like SCCS, RCS, CVS, Subversion and Mercurial. In other words it lets you grok (profoundly understand) the open source, hence the name OpenGrok. It is written in Java.h2. The story (a must read) The "story of how OpenGrok":http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/opengrok/manual/story/ came to be and the lessons learned is also a fascinating read. Highly recommended! !http://static.flickr.com/35/71852240_d42e0556fe_m.jpg!:http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/opengrok/
