Agile Open Day 1: UFOs and Emotional Contagions

I am lying in bed pretty exhausted to be truly honest. I am in a woods in Hilversum, the Netherlands, it's 6.53 pm. This is the first day of the agile open and we have done some good work today. I volunteered to run two impromptu sessions, one about emotional contagions and how to control them, and one about agile performance testing.
