BView: OpenSTA Active Browser playback

With some help from Thierry @ Kereval (thanks) we now have a new release of the BView OpenSTA addon. Information about this, including where it can be downloaded, now has a new home: * "http://OpenSTA.org/contributed.html":http://opensta.org/contributed.html For those that don't know: BView adds a "browser view" when you are running scripts from the OpenSTA Script Modeler, it is meant as a debugging aid.
