In the next few lines, I expect to paint a somewhat accurate portrayal of my professional self. Hopefully, you will find this information useful since it presents a deep insight about my strengths and skill-sets.
My key skills include project management, mentoring, and consultancy skills, and the ability to generate, record and update documentation. I have a great deal of experience working closely with the business and technical areas of organizations. I work hard to facilitate the constant communication and workflow between all stakeholders. I have provided guidance to the executive management, project managers in business units and supporting staff.
I usually work with the different departments to ensure that projects are delivered on time and that the costs are kept within the limits established by the estimated budget. Also, I struggle to ensure that all auditable content is of a high quality and meeting the highest standards. I do my best to establish a dynamic environment and, ideally, I expect to promote a strong understanding of formal and agile methodologies.

Moreover, I can provide a thorough analysis of internal audit findings to identify trends. Also to support and advice in the implementation of corrective actions resulting from the internal audits; working, if required, with business representatives to coordinate responses deriving from third party reviews, to fuel continuous improvement initiatives and activities.

In addition to that, I am always willing to provide project support to carry out multiple tasks within the IT environment as well as working within a wider scope. I believe in mentoring the staff regarding all aspects of practical - as well as agile - issues. I am always open to different approaches when it comes to working with others, for I strongly believe in the need to cascade skill and experience to create a learning environment. This aspect is essential for me.
To conclude, I am well aware that most of what is expected from me consists, basically, of providing lifecycle experience, ideally with some degree of knowledge regarding Business Analysis, and also with knowledge of formal project methodologies, so when dealing with improvement, reporting and administration activities. I do my best to provide assistance in the capture, recommendation and implementation of requirements. I have gained this experience in a project environment, where I have developed the ability to work on my own initiative across the many project activities

Quality Management is Satisfying stakeholders & improving the business performance of all organizational activities. Quality Assurance is Demonstrating the achievement of quality objectives
